Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions and Pre-Orders
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Payment Details:
Your payment information will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. -
Auto-Renewal:
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription anytime after the first month. -
Cancellation and Changes:
Subscriptions can only be cancelled after one month from the purchase date. However, you can modify your subscription at any time.
Links to manage your subscription are included in your order confirmation emails. Simply follow the links to update or cancel your subscription. - If you had chosen a subscription by mistake, please contact us at support@negashcoffee.com to amend this. You may receive a full refund on your order.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you’re purchasing a product that is either out of stock or not yet available in inventory.

Payment Terms:
We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely, and the full or remaining balance will be charged when the item is ready to ship. -
Cancellation:
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled if it was partially paid. However, once the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are not possible. -
Refunds:
If the order has been fulfilled, you may request a full, exchange, or partial refund.
